Patient Relations Coordinators are available to discuss hospital services and programs.
They also interact with hospital administrators and all levels of department personnel
to address any concerns you may have.

Chaplain services are provided for all patients. Resident chaplains and Catholic sisters
are available to patients and their families. To contact a chaplain or other individual
in pastoral care, call the hospital operator or ask your nurse. Rabbis and ministers of
other faiths visit regularly and, naturally, your personal clergyman or rabbi is welcome
at any time. If you wish, we will contact them for you ask a member of the pastor

The hospital chapel is located on the first floor and is always open.
|
|
Post-hospital planning and counseling are provided by the hospitals Social Services
Department. Ask your physician, nurse, or other team member if you would like to take
advantage of these services. Please contact the Social Service Department for
information.

For the convenience of our patients, all rooms have Internet access capability. Digital
phones will be available for patients who request web connectivity. Outside patient rooms,
Internet kiosks are available in the lobby and waiting areas and can be used for a nominal
fee. Web access, as well as desktop applications, will be available. The kiosks have
a credit card swipe attached to them.

E-mail messages may be sent to patients via Internet at www.lcmwomen.org. Messages
will be printed out and delivered to the patients room between 9:00 am and

Candy, flowers, loungewear, greeting cards, magazines, baby clothes, toys, cosmetics and
other items may be purchased from the gift shop in the first floor
in the lobby. Hours of operation are 9:30 am - 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am -
4:00 pm Saturdays, and 12:00pm - 4:00 pm Sundays. Many of these items may also be viewed
on our web site and purchased by calling (310) 540-7676 ext. 4525.

Volunteers are an important part of the services provided at Little Company of Mary
Hospital. Feel free to ask questions or make requests they are there to help
make your hospital visit easy and pleasant.
