What do you do if your child is ill, but you have to work? Little Company of Mary Hospital has a simple solution: the Kid’s Care Station. If your child has a minor illness such as a cold, ear infection, vomiting or diarrhea, the Kid’s Care Station is the perfect rest stop.  

We understand your dilemma when it comes to your job and your child’s health. Our staff is aware how difficult it is to leave your sick child in the care of strangers. Our caring, compassionate staff, experienced in handling illness and infection control issues, can facilitate your child’s recovery and get him or her back on track.  

Located on the bottom floor of the Little Company of Mary Outpatient Care Center, the Kid’s Care Station serves as a temporary child care solution for your mildly ill child. We have created a center with your child’s comfort in mind. The newly remodeled Kid’s Care Station is designed in a train and rail station motif and creates an atmosphere of fun and entertainment. However, keeping your child’s health and safety in mind, we have designed some special features that make this day care for mildly ill children unique, including:  

• A separate exam room
• A quiet sleeping area
• An outdoor play area
• A nurse’s station situated so the caregiver can see
   every child at all times

The entrance to the Kid’s Care Station is directly adjacent to the parking drop-off point. Drive up to the back of the Little Company of Mary Outpatient Care Center to an entrance that leads directly to the Kid’s Care Station—you and your child can then walk right into the station.
