Patient Relations Coordinators are available to discuss hospital services and programs. They also interact with hospital administrators and all levels of department personnel to address any concerns you may have.

Chaplain services are provided for all patients. Resident chaplains and Catholic sisters are available to patients and their families. To contact a chaplain or other individual in pastoral care, call the hospital operator or ask your nurse. Rabbis and ministers of other faiths visit regularly and, naturally, your personal clergyman or rabbi is welcome at any time. The hospital chapel is located on the first floor and is always open.

Post-hospital planning and counseling are provided by the hospital’s Social Services Department. Ask your physician, nurse, or other team member if you would like to take advantage of these services. Please contact the Social Service Department for information.  

E-mail messages may be sent to patients via Internet at www.lcmwomen.org. Messages will be printed out and delivered to the patient’s room between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. [e-mail form]

The gift store hours are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (PST) on Saturdays and 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm (PST) on Sundays. The gift store is closed on major holidays.  

Volunteers are an important part of the services provided at Little Company of Mary Hospital. Feel free to ask questions or make requests — they are there to help make your hospital visit easy and pleasant.
